The Mysterious Pyramid!

First and foremost, Happy New Year!!!

As mentioned before, the Monster Survival quests will be launched today in MapleSEA. My Aran character level seems to fit the Monster Survival - Mysterious Pyramid requirement, so I tried it.


So this lv.39 Byron guy wanna study the Pyramid and he is not lv.40, so he asked me to go because he is afraid of the god of the pyramid called Nett.


The entrance is located at the Sahell Area III of the Nihal map.


Ok, I know I have to be at least lv.40 to go in, just don't shout. After you talk to Duarte as asked by Byron, you will gain 6000 EXP. Now it's time to start the Monster Survival: Mysterious Pyramid.


My Aran character is only lv.4x thus I can only go for the easy mode. The level requirements are as below:

• Easy Mode - lv.40 and above.
  
• Normal Mode - Over lv.45.
  
• Hard Mode - Over lv.50.
  
• Hell Mode / Expert Mode - Over lv.61.
  

You can enter the pyramid alone, or with a party.


After you go inside, you just need to wack the monters to prevent you "ACT" gauge from going down until all the stages are cleared. Here's a little guide on it:

• Everytime you miss a monster, or you stop killing monsters, your ACT gauge goes down. The more monsters you kill and the less "miss" you get, the better rank you get.
  
• The better result / rank you get, the more EXP you gain upon finishing. The best rank is rank "S" which gives off around 70k EXP.
  
• The Mini Yeti Pharaohs are traps, you hit them, you get miss.
  
• Upon finishing it, you can go to a bonus stage. The Mini Yeti Pharoahs here can be killed and will drop Pharoah's Treasure Chests.

• As you wack more monsters, you get higher level of the Pharaoh's Bless which will drastically increase your attack speed and attack damage (100%, 200%, 300%, etc.).
  
• You will be given special skills per a set number of monster kills. It can be casted to eliminate all the monsters, including the Mini Yeti Pharaoh. (See the picture above.)
  
• The Pharaoh Treasure Chests give off potions and some scrolls.
  
  • For easy to hard mode, there's a chance it gives off Pharaoh Belt.
    • Stat: lv.40, Max HP & MP + 100.
  • For hell mode, there's a chance it gives off Immortal Pharaoh Belt.
    • Stat: lv.80, Weapon attack + 1, Magic attack + 2.

These are what I get for my first time of finishing the Mysterious Pyramid. It can be done repeatly. Do note that, unlike the Monster Carnivals or Party Quests, killing monsters inside Monster Survival will not earn you any EXP and they don't drop potions. You can get a medal called "Protector of Pharoah" from the gatekeeper after eliminated 50,000 monsters inside the pyramid. Stat of the Protector of Pharaoh Medal:

• lv.40, STR & DEX & INT LUK + 1, Max HP & MP + 120.
