I have never used the MTS (Maple Trading System) before. Today, I'm feeling curious and want to try it out to see what can I do with my 400 Cash and 1600 Maple Points. I don't really know how to use it, that's why I feel like trying it out.
Entering the Maple Trading System is pretty much like entering the Cash Shop.
Here is the overview of the UI (User Interface) of the MTS. Similiar to the Cash Shop, you can see how much Cash, Maple Point and Mesos you have. The items on sale are listed withou pictures but you can view it when you mouse over the item name, together with the stats of the item.
Besides the main "For Sale" section, there are also a "Wanted" section where buyers can offer a price for something they want, a "Auction" section where you can bid for the item you want, a "My Page" section where you see all your deals. There is a guide on how to use MTS too.
So I tried to sell an item - a Dark Starlight. You have to pay 5000 Mesos for listing an item on the MTS and the minimum price is 110 Cash, so I put it. The total price turns out to be 621 Cash. Wonder how it works? Here's how:
- I want to sell it at 110 Cash, that's my price.
- A transaction fee of 1000 Cash + 10% of my price is applied.
- So the total price = 110 Cash + 1000 Cash + (110 x 10%) Cash.
- So it should be sell at a price of 1121 Cash (110 + 1000 + 11).
- Why is it 621 Cash? Because MapleSEA is currently having a discount, transaction fee = 500 Cash + 10% of item price.
- The transaction fee is beared by the buyer.

After confirming the price, there, my item is listed. Note that an item will only stay there for 1 week. Also, I tried to buy an item but failed, it seems like the MTS does not accept Maple Point. Arg... So many restrictions for Maple Point!
So in a conclusion, I can do nothing but sell items when I have only 400 Cash and 1600 Maple Points.
